Fairy: Skip the Soak
In Brief
Citizen Relations asked us to launch Fairy’s latest innovation, Skip The Soak, with an event that would be just as bold and impressive as the product itself. The challenge: design an experience that brought together lifestyle media and influencers for an evening that was equal parts delicious, educational, and content-rich.
In Detail
We transformed a blank canvas venue in Covent Garden into a vibrant, Italian-inspired kitchen and dining space to host cooking and cleaning demonstrations.
Hosted by best-selling author and recipe creator Em The Nutritionist, 50 carefully selected guests were treated to a three-course meal built around Em’s recipes (dishes known for their hard-to-clean aftermath), perfectly showcasing the power of Skip The Soak.
The journey unfolded with:
🍸 Cocktails & canapés to set the tone
🍅 A tomato-laden, floral tablescape to encourage UGC
🍽️ Cooking and cleaning demonstrations woven seamlessly into the meal.
🔬 A behind-the-scenes science session, where the Fairy scientist shared how Skip The Soak was developed and proved its effectiveness in real time.
Guests then had the chance to connect directly with Em and the Fairy scientist, explore beautifully styled product displays, and capture content across bespoke photo moments. To round off the evening, each attendee left with a curated goodie bag featuring Fairy favourites, Em’s new recipe book, and sleek stainless-steel cookware to utilise their Skip The Soak.
