LA-based fashion brand Cider were looking for a fun, interactive way to showcase their new festival collection, and gain brand awareness in London. So they came to us to design, produce and install their first ever UK pop-up, giving Londoners their first chance to experience the brand IRL. Complete with a branded claw machine arcade game, festival-themed photo backdrop, free goodie bags, and some sweet treats too!
To showcase Cider’s new festival collection, and introduce the brand to the people of London, we designed and installed this pop-up event located on Shoreditch high street. Running for two days – the first being an invite-only event for press & influencers, and the second opening up to the public – the pop-up was a styling experience with extra interactive elements including an prize-filled claw machine, branded snacks, nail artists, changing rooms, photo backdrops, a DJ, and a platter of delicious snacks. We vinyl-wrapped the exterior of the store, creating atmospheric lighting inside. Branded tote bags, candyfloss, marshmallows and more were handed out as freebie treats for guests on both days. Cider branded mirrors were dotted about the room providing UGC opportunities for guests. We also produced a themed backdrop, with sparkly apples and places to pose, alongside a reflective ‘Cider’ logo. This drove social sharing and there was even a competition that enabled visitors with a chance to win a £100 voucher. Queues for the public day formed before opening, and the shop was constantly busy with over 600 public visitors on the second day!
