Aston Martin approached us to deliver a bold, high-impact pop-up experience in central London—and fast. With just two weeks from brief to build, we brought the Aston Matcha Kiosk to life in Covent Garden, combining premium brand presence with a refreshing consumer giveaway, all wrapped in F1 energy.

The goal was to drive brand engagement with both Aston Martin and its F1 division, delivering a standout consumer experience that could create buzz in a high-footfall location. The activation needed to turn heads, offer a tactile brand moment, and distribute large volumes of Aston Martin-branded giveaways in a memorable, sharable setting.

With a two-week turnaround, speed and precision were critical. We handled the project end-to-end, covering everything from location sourcing and booking, to prop design and fabrication, logistics and installation, and full on-site event management. Our team also produced detailed production drawings and visuals to bring the Aston Matcha concept to life with premium polish.

The striking kiosk setup featured bold Aston Martin branding alongside a bespoke matcha giveaway experience—combining F1 prestige with everyday approachability. Positioned directly next to an Aston Martin Formula 1 car, the activation drew huge crowds throughout the day, capturing the attention of passers-by, content creators, and media alike.

We managed on-site staff and logistics, ensuring efficient distribution of Aston Martin merch and matcha drinks, while maintaining premium presentation and high energy. The result? A highly successful brand moment that stopped traffic (literally), delivered standout engagement in record time, and proved that great things can happen fast with the right team in place.

The stunt was picked up by Vogue Business, which cited the Aston Matcha experience as part of Aston Martin Aramco’s season of beauty and wellness activations. Highlighted for its direct engagement with the I/AM fan community, the kiosk served complimentary matcha drinks while offering fans a rare up-close view of the F1 car ahead of race day.
